ZLL is a leader in providing training for Child Care Professionals in the state of Oregon and around the United States of America. ZLL Came to me for a website refresh and brand identity package. The website refresh focused on efficiency through automation and repeatable strategies.
I worked with them to identify administrative processes that could be automated and new communication opportunities that can strengthen customer relations.

ZLL is now a modern, digitally engaged organization, ensuring better service and accessibility for childcare professionals. We are now launching a community events portal to help trainers and educators from across the state of Oregon. Customers will be able to find the resources they need using the dynamic database we have created which allows for premium filtering and search options to deliver customers the information they need quickly.
